Hillary's blinds not good customer service

Has anyone had problems with
sales advisors not turning up at agreed appointments
Customer service centre rudeness
Poor workmanship
Having curtains fitted by an agents wife
Posted on Facebook
So called urgent response six days later
Then cancelled said urgent appointment less then twenty four hours notice
Can't or will not give me the name of anyone who could resolve the issue
Curtains and curtain rod snapped off the wall
So left with half of curtains up
What should I do ?

Do you actually understand the concept of a poll?

Do you know the difference between subjective and objective?

I've used them several times including their web only service Blinds Supermarket. I've had excellent service and great products.

Maybe your just a bad customer? Maybe I should start a poll about this poll that is completely negative?

Dont mean to be pedantic but Hillary's dont fit curtains, only blinds.

I'm ex-Hillary's staff. I left when I got another job but before that went sick with stress and it wasnt because of the conditions I worked in.

I had them around and didn't go with them due to them being pushy. I had for a few months cold calls from them. Didn't vote due to limited choice

Had them round a couple of weeks ago to quote for a living room blind.

Salesman was pleasant. Not pushy. He answered all our questions. Told us prices up front when asked. Printed us a quote there and then and left.

At £150 for a Venetian blind we think that is quite expensive, especially as it isn't that big. The call centre has phoned twice and left messages offering further discounts. Haven't called them back yet.
