Re the Finest coupons, the till has seen the pre-offer spend when I've tried. I have done this on the meal deal and also with the sharing bags of crisps that are on offer. The till will reject when it reaches its limit so just keep handing them over.

WW does the till accept 2 x £2 finest vouchers when you only buy 1 meal deal do you know please? I still think £8 is a lot as I don't drink wine!:o But £6 would be OK at a push...;)

Thats what I've done:)Their Finest gammons are half price at the moment and then use a voucher on each one:) So are a good price and I've had it before and its delicious..

    Thanks Nikki,

I'm currently trawling through the Finest 3 for2 offers at the moment.

Every year I do a mega M&S shop but I'm going for the Finest range this year - for hopefully half the price using a combination of vouchers:)

Anyone get the free Poinsetta voucher this morning.:)

Same here:)Me and Nannylala reckon Finest is the same as M&S so with the vouchers works out a far better deal;)Not on 3 for 2 but they had packs of Finest sausages today 1/2 price from £5 to £2.50 (Big packs) And don't forget to check out the Finest Whoopsies because most of it can be frozen;)I love using vouchers on whoopsies:)

A place called Malin Head in Donegal, but we moved to Leeds when I was 4, I still get home several times a year as it is the most beautiful place and my kids can roam free as we used to do

I love Donegal - we spend most of summers there with the kids ! The scenic version mind - not 'fundoran' ( good for a bit of craic but not letting the kids loose)

I know it's been brill. All I ever had to replace was the mixing blade about 10 years ago. It was a kenwood. Just looked at the prices of the modern day version of it:eek: won't be getting a new one before Christmas!

Try out some of your local Mr S - we have had loads of kenwood items including food processors reduced from £199/150 to £40:eek: - brand new ! Worth a check ! I know my store defo has some !

Well ya see the little party things were £4 each full price so I think the till reads that you have bought 5 times £4 but you have bought 5 times £2(at their half price).

    Am I making sense?:)

Yes, you are making sense. I'm unsure though how the till sees the full £4 price. I can understand if it sees the full pre discount price for things like £4 each / 2 for £5 but a straight half price promotion seems odd. I'll give it a try.

no, this is wrong, if an item is £2 the till sees £2 and will not see the original price .... ie.. £4.
however, if you were to buy the finest crisps for instance £1.39 or 3 for £3 the till will see 3 x £1.39

    Thats what had me confused.

I'm currently looking at the sausages and chipolatas for over Christmas too which look a good deal:)

    I picked up some finest sausages today - pack of 10, £4 a pack or 2 for £7 or 3 for £10. 30 sausages for £8.

with the cheese voucher I got the Lakeland. Thanks to the person that mentioned this earlier :) its 3.99 a pack but b1g1f so the till sees cheese purchased at £15.96.

Evening all. I've lost the will to shop (much) haven't been to A's since Saturday :o

I've mostly been spending my free time curled up under a snuggly duvet with the cats / kids and some crochet. Was tempted by the coffee last night but it was so cold and the kids had already gone to bed. Is it too soon to shout NEXT to the glitch fairy?
