Just had a quick glimpse of the coupons, as i've managed to get hold of an ellusive foodie booklet.

They are both one use only per customer? Does this mean clubcard is requested with use and any further attempts under same CC won't go through?

Just curious what happens if someone like my mum with no CC decides to try and use one? For no particular reason.. :D

  • Anyone with a sweet tooth?

    Just been in to Lidl.
They have tins of Quality Street (820g) at £3.99.

Same ones in Morrisons, Asda and others are £5
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left!

Me and Nannylala used a "few" today with our CC's and it was fine;)I think it just means that they can only be used once:)

The Tesco finest party nibbles selection things are fab at £2 each. They are even better if you buy 5 (£10) and use 2 finest coupons(£4). It fed four people:)- loads of calories but we will think about that later:D All for total spend£6.

Thanks to OP today who suggested them today.

it doesn;t say per transaction it says per customer which is stange wording but they will take as many as you have as long as you have spent the required amount. - within reason & as long as yours isn't a trouty store like one of mine.
I used 6 on 10 bottles of wine last week. Spend was £60 before discounts
I say "THANKS" to posts that make me smile - Oh and really good glitches.:j

My Kenwood Chef overheated and blew its motor last year. It had been going a sterling forty seven years   -- I remember making fruit cakes with my Mum when I was quite small. It hasn't been used every day or even every week though. It overheated because its little rubber feet had worn down and this reduced the air flow underneath it which is apparently crucial for cooling the motor. I coped for about four hours without it :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:and then bought another identical model (though not so old, judging from the serial number) from ebay. It was very mse because it was collect only, and I was going past anyway, so hardly cost any petrol to pick up. And the seller broke their own bowl just after I bought my 'new' Kenwood so bought my spare one back. (I let them have it for less than I could have sold it on ebay.) The new one ended up costing £20 and my local repair shop took a look at it, adjusted the dial, and handed it back to me to say it was in very good nick. They didn't even charge for that! I can't imagine my kitchen without it!

My Kenwood is still going strong after 25 years. I got this 2nd hand. Think it was at least 10 years old when I got it. Love it. Did consider getting a newer model, but decided not to as there was nothing wrong with it & could not justify the expense. I have every attachment going including potato peeler, mincer, sausage filler, coffee grinder. These are all in the loft unused, but I can not part with them (not sure why as quite a big box). I got this for nothing from a relative as they did not use it.
