I complained about the service and got told it states clearly (NOT) that it has limitations. Don't waste your money on train wifi, that's my opinion.

If your taking a laptop, take a couple of DVDs and some headphones with you.

thanks for your help was undecided but now we are taking portable dvd player instead of laptop as easier to carry and a few books
