Hey guys is it possible to order from Very without them doing a credit check or making you sign up for it - when I try to pay they are making me register ( and its saying credit agreement ) - I only want to buy 1 toy that is OOS everywhere else i've tried ?
TIA
A littleover a year ago my OH had his identity cloned- somebody ordered perfume and lots of it from Very and had it delivered to another address in Belfast. They gave our address and his DOB to set up the account, they also gave a payg mobile number as the contact. Seems they took his basic details from a readily available listing on the internet:(We only knew about it when the large invoice arrived. Anyway it seems from this that anybody can do this .He went to police who took it very seriously and they went to the delivery address- where dozens of people from different countries were living:rotfl:The police threw their hands in the air and gave up. Belfast has bigger issues than this. It took Very a while to get their act together to cancel the invoice but it did happen eventually. It has put me off ever ordering from them even tho I am sure they are fine.never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -
Just started to wrap up Christmas Prezzies, have them strewn all over the living room floor. Started buying them in the Jan sales last year (even have some from the year before
- how I love Mr Shoes 75% and then 90% off
. Now in the process of putting them into little piles and making lists of who is getting what. Bet I'm not the only one who's forgotten how much they have stashed away and thinking, that person has a bit too much, I'll save that prezzie for their birthday :rotfl:

Good afternoon all

I'm snuggled up inside with the coldso no shopping for me today.
Hope everyone else is wellDon't You Just Hate it When...
The lift stops on every floor and nobody gets in !!
You open a can of soup, and the lid falls in !!
It's bad enough that you step in dog poo, but you don't realise until you walk across your living room carpet !!
You slice your tongue licking an envelope !!
The DJ on the radio doesn't tell you who sang that song !!
You reach under the table to pick something off the floor and smash your head on the way up !!
You have to inform five different sales people in the same store that you're just browsing !!
You see fellow MSE’ers telling you about stuff in their local store or the weather conditions and they don’t tell you where they are, and they don’t have location set either !! So you go to page 1 and look up the ‘Where we all are’ link, only to find they aren’t on there either !!!:eek:
I will PM kadison and ask her if she is still updating the listClipstrip_Bargains wrote: »Is anyone else still waiting for porkies from the weekend.

hi
MSM
often make this mistake on price change over day i.e display past & offer price the same
if you look on tesco website the offer price is actually £4Just looking at Tesco website and supermarket compare and it says Tesco better than half price on ariel, colour bio , etc
24 wash is 8.17 in Tesco and 4 in asda but it's 4 pounds in Tesco??
Does this mean a nice mistake for us??
Saying 8.17 on both, hope this kinda makes sense?0 -

That didn't take too long to catch up. :T
Thanks to those wishing my mum well. It is a difficult time at the moment, she has been asked to go into the hospice for about a week to trial methadone as the morphine is not longer doing the job. But she is not keen as she thinks she will not come out again.
We should know more today as the nurse is visiting later, there has been talk about a nerve block too and it was going to be discussed. They also increased another med last wednesday but that has not really made a huge difference. I would give anything to no longer see her suffering.
Anyway less of my woes, excited as having a mini elite meet this week with Debsjc and Dodo. And we are NOT going to Ts or As, going to find a nice comfortable coffee shop and have a lovely chat.
Glad Masterlala is settling in to uni life and not lost anymore phones.I bet Nannylala was over the moon to see him. I said the time would fly by when he would be back for Xmas hols Nikki.

I can sooo relate to this.
I am dreading getting out my BS and Boots stash boxes, I know I have far too much in them and like you still have stuff bought in 2011.
But I have resisited Boots points events so far this year. I am getting a bit better.0
