OK having been involved with all the tecso CC points stuff years ago when it was good and getting holidays every year from it I have come to accept its never happening again so instead I want chocolate ;) I have read the first post and im trying to get my head around this so taking this shop I have quoted I just want to check I have it right in my head.

There are a load of fillers and then theres the chocolate triggers. I see the fingers are £7 each or 3 for £10 but the ferrero tree is £4 and isnt in an offer. I had assumed it was in the 3 for £10 offer and the comparison tool maybe didnt 'see' the offer and thats how it worked but thats obviously not the case. So the poster has paid the full £7 each for the fingers, is that right? I get the total shop to be £20.41 but the breakdown shows £15.03 which I assume is not what the shopper paid but what adsa tots up the comparable products to be. The £8.10 is what im assuming it would have cost at Waistrose. £7.75 is how much Adsa have given them back in the form of a voucher with their APG so in total the shop has cost the customer £20.41 minus £7.75 voucher back equals £12.66 paid for the shopping which to me I must be missing something because I dont see the greatness :o

Please help me grasp this before I fail miserably with my first shop :T

You have understood correctly, except what it says you paid on the apg and what you actually pais on the receipy are not the same ie you buy the offer but the apg results are on the full price because it thinks you eiyher didn't buy all three or see's one as n/a hope this makes sense:)

I don't have a fire. Just central heating. Maybe i'm tougher than I think :D electric fires are too expensive to run. I'd love under floor heating...dream on :D

Afternoon everybody. I hope you are all well on this lovely crisp day.
I haven't posted for a few days as I have not felt too well. I finally went to the doctors this morning and he has told me I have shingles. I did'nt realise how painful it can be. So I wont't be shopping for a while :( I don't want to be spreading that around.
Its a shame really as I have just read back and discovered the ferrero roche is working, but what can you do.
Thought I would share this with you, I got it sent to me on facebook and it made me smile so thought it might do the same for the lovely people on here.

I hope I have done this right as it is a first for me! x

Hope you're feeling better soon :)

I've only ever known one other person to have shingles and that was an old uncle of mine about 30 years ago. I'm always paranoid about getting it when I hear of someone with chicken pox  I know, I'm weird :rotfl:

Thank you so much. That makes perfect sense and is what I thought would be the case but when I checked the offer for the fingers its 3 for £10 but the person only bought 2 so I thought maybe the ferrero tree was in the offer too but its not showing as in the offer online on adsa website which is what threw me.

You have to pay for the first shop then use the apg generated from that for the next one.
ie the £12.66 shop i only had to pay £3.90 as i had an apg for around £8 and this shop has gave me the £7.75 for my next shop hth ;)
