Just looking at the wine in toscos to see which will be best with the 25% off tomorrow and it's already showing on some of them, strange I thought it started tomorrow?

If you place an order online today then your delivery will be made tomorrow at the earliest. Since the price you end up paying is the instore price on the day of delivery not the day you order they are showing that price now ;)

When I'm checking my £40+ receipts on the app at the moment it flashes up a message saying "you are entitled to £5 off blah blah blah" but for a split second I always mistake it for the similar looking "you haven't bought enough items, you numpty" message

Is it just me that has this moment of panic?

    Surely £1.26? (96p + 30p). :)

They were expecting only 30p but got £1.26

I think you missed the part when the OP said the APG failing to read the multibuy was giving them "an extra 96p" :p

Just got a VT and 2 FF but had to look for the VT as someone had buried them on the bottom shelf at the 3 for £10 section and put empty cartons in front of them so you know where to look if planning on going to b3arsd3n Glasgow ;)

Thanks for the heads up. I'll be there tomorrow lunchtime (it's the closest Sada to my work ;))

It wasn't me who hid the Vinnies by the way. I've not been at work since last Thursday

I would like to know this as well but we were spoilt last time by getting the Ogio 6 bottles for £9 - I think I got 18 in the 1st day - I was fired up and reading for this one, sadly missed the red version.

Trouble is now no other offers will match this :rotfl:

So posh reds would suit us best but I dont think its going to happen this time, the double discounting

The elite know there's always a better deal around the corner - as we know, sometimes they pay you to take things away. :D

Let's see what the offer and current pricing brings, but I definitely think there's some scope for getting one or two better quality bottles for the Christmas season/ presenting at the very least. There's the £5 off when you spend £40 vouchers to throw in to the equation, and you can double up CC vouchers on the Finest wines, some of which are quite substantially reduced at the moment. There's also the £2 off when you spend £10 on Finest goods if you can get some of the mocs from the Food magazine. To be honest I'm surprised there hasn't been more chat about this today, but the biscuit offer has been good , and let's see what tomorrow brings. I'm happy to go out and have an experimental shop or two in the morning if that would be useful. :)
    Hope is not a strategy.
  • Hi everyone,

just sat thinking about the wine deal at tesco tomoz and have decided that if it is glitching I am going to try the following

6 x tesco finest meal deals IF the tesco finest wine allowed as part of the meal deal is part of the 2 for £12

I have a £5 0ff £40 and am going to try and get the £2 off finest voucher from the real food mag.

If my maths are right (and the glitch is working) the 6 meal deals with wine should be about £36 and if I have fillers etc should still be over £40 so I can use my vouchers and I might even fall lucky and get a pp:p.

My maths is pants so if anyone else can figure this out any better I'd be glad to hear from you. Either way I will do the shop after work at about 12ish and then post anything of interest.

Logie - you are amazing...that is all.
  • Tanku :D just need to get the website to work now, every time I click on apply now I get an error message! I have looked in Wilko at paint, they have their own brand of washable paint aimed at kids rooms but it's £17.75 a tin! Was actually going to ask for paint advice next week on here when I have the money :D
ive worked for block and quayle ;) for23 years. best paint ive bought considering mucky fingers etc, would be the endurence range, not generally on offer, but you can scrub this paint, last time it was on offer it was all dulux range, 5 ltr, 2 4 £30, one can costs about that, so i bought a few, ahem, when im at work on thursday i will ask if its likely to be on offer any time soon x
