What a busy day

Hospital appt went as well as we could have hoped for
Histology has confirmed classical Hodgkins lymphoma which according to the consultant is good :eek: Scan from Thursday showing no obvious other tumours :j So I don't have to have a bone marow biopsy and the plan is to start chemo next week. As i'm youngish (31) and my tumour is big (10-15cm :eek:) they are going to go for the intensive rather than standard chemo as I should tolerate it ok. Am a bit nervous but more than ready to get on with things now.

So I've been on a mission this afternoon.....
Hair appt booked to chop it all off before it falls out, dentist arranged to get the once over, new pillows, cushion pads and cleaning bits bought. Must get house clean! Feel like i'm nesting again like before I had Harry

Also had till spit arrive with my Sains home delivery for £6 off £30 spend so would have been rude not to have relieved them of a few more baby wipes and nappies :rotfl:

Had a text from Dodo this morning to say there were some over there as we don't seem to get them in my local, was my first ever Vinnies shop.

Yeah thats right, I realised there was 2 stuck together, apoligesed and tried taking one back but she said they had both gone through and not to worry

Sounds like I was drawing enough attention to myself counting my things. :eek: I was trying to do 2 shops as I don't usually travel that far. And nobody told me the flumps etc were in the same aisle as the Vinnies over there, wandered around the whole store looking for them. :rotfl:

I haven 't been on for a while, real life and all that, but I got some beanz yesterday - it scanned fine in Ts...afterwards I realised it is out of date!

There were loads hun. I could only cope with 2 shops as you can see I need to count and count again.

Vinnie shop compared as hoped against Ss, and the kidney beans brought a little extra as well. These get chucked into a big pot of chilli so I like to get them as a filler when I can.
