  • Evening everyone :-)

Haven't been on for a few days as there is a lot going on at home, but won't bore you all with the details.

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY Morgy!!!!!

Haven't been shopping since Saturday, was hoping to go the last few days but as I don't drive and couldn't sort a lift to the big T's a few towns away. Looks like i'll be going tomorrow, but some of the deals I was going to buy, including the Muller's are finishing today. Hopefully a nice wine glitch will take the edge of the disappointment :-P

Just checked the T's magazines I got the other day, haven't got any of the extra coupons mentioned in this thread.

One piece of wisdom I do have to add is that if anyone needs something to boost their TvS PP along with the Pizza then get some Dove Damage Therapy Daily Care 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner 250ml currently £2.32 in T's but only £1.16 in S. HTH

Have we heard from logie today? x

How spooky was that must have been posting at same time as you logie. Was really struggling to type on my phone and kept making mistakes so delayed my post.
Good that you now know what the plan is and you can get on with things. Your attitude is amazing, we will all be thinking of you and any time you need to talk we are all here for you x
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.

    Evening all,

    What a busy day

Hospital appt went as well as we could have hoped for :)
Histology has confirmed classical Hodgkins lymphoma which according to the consultant is good  Scan from Thursday showing no obvious other tumours :j So I don't have to have a bone marow biopsy and the plan is to start chemo next week. As i'm youngish (31) and my tumour is big (10-15cm ) they are going to go for the intensive rather than standard chemo as I should tolerate it ok. Am a bit nervous but more than ready to get on with things now.

So I've been on a mission this afternoon.....
Hair appt booked to chop it all off before it falls out, dentist arranged to get the once over, new pillows, cushion pads and cleaning bits bought. Must get house clean! Feel like i'm nesting again like before I had Harry :p

Also had till spit arrive with my Sains home delivery for £6 off £30 spend so would have been rude not to have relieved them of a few more baby wipes and nappies :rotfl:

Thanks once again for all of your thoughts :A

Logie, your way of thinking is brilliant:)Auntielala had hers cut before it all came out, she said it was a bit like she took control of it before it took control of her if you know what I mean. The nesting thing will make you feel better in knowing that you've done as much as you can and its good to keep busy:)Just want to send big hugs your way and stay strong, have thought about you a lot xxx
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

Just renewed my car insurance. Written quote was £300, online from the same company was £204. Phoned them up, so I don't get problems if I needed to claim, and they matched the price over. :j

Oh!! Thank you for the cat smiley! Love it. Face to face greeting is what our 3 cats always insist on, so we have to bend down as they stand up to greet us when we come home.
I am not young enough to know everything.

There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
