Not saying they defo deserve it, just silly peeps need to read the whole thing to watch out for scammers like that seller! rant over

  • Good evening everybody, I hope you have all had a fab day.

I went to visit my sis today and by proxy I now am in possession of MT LOB, Choc fingers and biscuits. I have enough cereal and tomatoe ketchup to last most of the year. There were lots of other stuff as well.

I would like to say a big thanks to my sis for helping me out, and being patience explaining coupon shopping and everything else shopping related.
Also thank you to you lot for all the help and advice.

No probs sis glad you're happy with your stuff:j
We are many we are one xxx

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

Thanks xxx As for the Beans ....well I have a fair few *ahem* and you're very welcome to take some. To be honest I am not that fond of them, but it would be rude to say no to a freebie!

I only came across this i-phone scam when I decided to sell an empty box I had acquired, so had put a few boxes on watch. I don't think I want to sell it any more!

There was one many years ago with the mobile phone boxes.
I used to list empty boxes from our new contract phones each time we got an upgrade.
Listings always clearly stated in the title that it was an empty box they were buying and most went for at least £50-£100.
We had great feedback from most buyers and thought this was great until one day we were contacted by our network about our phone being damaged in the post. We told them that none of our mobiles had been posted anywhere and that we still had them on us. According to royal mail our phone had been damaged beyond recognition while being delivered and the only info they had to go by was the numbers on the side of the boxes but as it had been fully insured when posted it would be replaced  so somewhere out there someone was making a profit on insuring boxes with (I'm guessing) already faulty phones in them!

I'm not saying this is what's happening here but this is why I stopped selling them empty boxes on there. I suppose it was the naivety of youth that meant I never thought of what they were doing with my boxes but even now I don't send the boxes with stuff incase something like this happens again.
