morning folks
am in a happier mood today....but think thats because the Hamper deal has been extended and I've decided 'up yours matey' to hubby and will be ordering in a bit....I'll pay for my brakes before he has chance to whip the money for his not so darling daughter
Thanks Funkyfeet for your reply....although great, I dont actually work (well a few hours at our local pub)...so tbf, the majority of the money coming in is down to DH wages/army pension....however having spent the last 12 years with him (I did work for over 8 of them before we had our kids) paying a fair amount in CSA payments which the kids were always told were never paid (ie they never saw much of the money)...i just think they should be more grateful for what they get...but they're not,...and only ever contact him when they want something
anyways....quick q for you peeps that have bought the Heinz chopped tomatoes at Ts for a pp.....I did this last week and it worked a treat....but today its showing as out of stock on mys and not visible on A.com at all.....was this always the case, ie if I buy them today, will they compare still? If not, will have to be the irn bru for a £20 spend, £5 voucher...and maximum pp return
hope everyone is well and happy and keeping dry and warm....and hugs to anyone that needs or wants onehoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -
Afternoon everyone. :hello:
Hope you are all well. Hugs to bubbs, hope the water is subsiding and you've managed to get home.
I'm having a shop free day today, gonna spend some quality time with the family (after the grand prix anyway!)
Nothing much to report (sorry) Cambs had plenty of fingers and lob in yesterday though if that's any help.
I got a leaflet in my paper yesterday with Morries special offers in - Courvoisier 50cl, three barrels 50cl, bombay sapphire 50cl, absolute citron 50cl, jack daniels 35cl, jamesons 35cl, 18 bottles of bud and 10 x wkd blue are all £10.00 Could be worth looking to see if A's stock them. I've got my fingers crossed for the citron vodkaLife is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0 -

My youngest returned from school on Friday absolutely disgusted that his favourite school dinner pudding was ruined because he found a hair in it:eek: I asked him what he did and he told me that he took it back to the kitchen to complain and one of the dinner ladies offered him another one. He told her no thanks, I'm put off eating it now....I'll just have a refund instead:eek::rotfl::rotfl: He was most upset that the ladies in the kitchen just laughed at him. Could have been worse, he could have asked for DTD:rotfl::rotfl:
He's still ranting about it today. He's been on the web and informed me this morning that the pudding wasn't 'fit for purpose' and he's entitled to a partial refund:rotfl::rotfl:....it's had us laughing all weekend.
That is so funny , I can see he will go far in his life .:)Never pay more than you have too0 -
oh dear, seems some kind of fairy has heard my pleas and Moody Blues are doing a concert next year, :j Unfortunatly not the glitch fairy, will have to pay:( So in the mean time if glitch fairy can organize some real food glitches that would be grand :T:T:beer:0

Back from T's and used a £5 wys £40:D, an A's apg:D alongside 3 price porkies:D.
I picked up the frozen meal deal (even though my store don't advertise it as so) so awaiting a nice pp:D.
On a separate shop I found 3 chickens marked full price with a sel at half price, so 3 free chickens!:D:D
I then filled up my car with 5x10p off per litre, saving me £28!:T:T
Happy, happy, happy... :dance::dance::dance::dance:
