Not forgetting "I Dream Of Jeannie" I miss Granada Plus which used to show all the old 60's & 70's programmes
Ah well. I've noticed that since my DD left to go to uni, our laundry's shrunk by about 40%.:rotfl:There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -
TvA PP shop results from yesterday. Worked exactly how I expected but went over £10 so will have to be careful next time. Not bad as I only paid £8.87 in the first place for a £20.87 shop :-)

Good Morning
Hope everyone is well, especially bubbs and anyone else affected by the flooding:(
Busy weekend here. Finally had to go shopping yesterday as we were so low on real food:eek: I also did a whole weeks housework in one afternoon:eek: So the house is clean and we have food in and off to the beach with kids and dogs after lunch. It's really cold but sunny as well.
Hope everyone else is having a good sunday:)0 -

Oh I knew there was something else I meant to share. An example of how our savvy ways rub off on our kids......
My youngest returned from school on Friday absolutely disgusted that his favourite school dinner pudding was ruined because he found a hair in it:eek: I asked him what he did and he told me that he took it back to the kitchen to complain and one of the dinner ladies offered him another one. He told her no thanks, I'm put off eating it now....I'll just have a refund instead:eek::rotfl::rotfl: He was most upset that the ladies in the kitchen just laughed at him. Could have been worse, he could have asked for DTD:rotfl::rotfl:
He's still ranting about it today. He's been on the web and informed me this morning that the pudding wasn't 'fit for purpose' and he's entitled to a partial refund:rotfl::rotfl:....it's had us laughing all weekend.0 -
