squigs - I have tried to keep up with thread and have followed the Homer story with bated breath - so lovely. Have not let DD know as she keeps whittering for dog and until I know if I get another job after all this cannot make a committment yet - I am using Homer story to soften up OH who has usually been against idea (he's never had a dog) just in case all systems are go in the new year.

Had a great day today - facial and nails done at Haven - then of for radio they were way behind but got taken to a different machine and out in good time - how lucky was that! :j Then to be told "Oh you are half way through" , oh no I say just over a week - but yes on tally done 8 of 15 - yay:D Managed Asda and T's earlier in the week - but ran out of juice - which was a shame cos after my first successful womble am keen to get more. Hopefully next week :rotfl:

They are hoping to build Asda in next town (4m away) so fingers crossed .....although local shopkeepers have started rear guard objections - hopefully too late - they have already seen off Sainsbury's app (:( - which was better as in walking distance of town). Asda one is out of town ... Still real whoopsy's and wombling opp's - if I don't get another job after all this then I have my alternative career - as long as they build it quickly! :rotfl:

Just a thought... is everyone aware of Pharmacy First? My local is in Superdrug and it allows you to get some Prescription items without going to the Docs. I use it for free headlice lotion for the kids, just go in and ask and they give it you. x
