I thought about baileys but it's cheaper in As at the moment.Yes I would love a coffee glitch too

Not a glitch but Morries have 200g Carte Noire @£4 at the moment, I'm a tea lover myself, but I'm fairly sure this is a good price
  • We have just started our own office tuck shop, as the cans & chocolate machines are now a rip off. We are going to donate any profit to local charity.

Is there any qlitches with the packs of bars of chocolate does anyone know.

Also, probably a bit late but is there anything on cans of pop still.
(Ive seen everyones stashes, we could do with that lot for our cupboard)
  • Evening all
Quick question, I have just gone and picked up my first click and collect, but I don't seem to have any info on it to put into price promise. Has anyone else experienced this? I guess I will have to call them?

  • Emmlouie - did you see the deal at very.co.uk for buying the new call of duty (hope it's still valid!) £40 ish + delivery, code for £20 or £25 off new customers orders over £40 (or something like that!!!!) basically it works out at about £20 - don't think you'd even get it that cheap pre owned.
    HTH x
2 years since my OH gave up smoking - total saving approx £5475!!!! :T
  • I remember the other night someone showed a receipt comparison and said it lookes as if something was going on with the multi buys , can anyone remember ?

Think it was to do with the 3 for £10 meats, something wasn't showing up so they wondered if this could be used as a trigger like on the chocolates. I'm afraid I can't remember who the poster was though or what item wasn't appearing :o

Yes, took me ages to suss this out yesterday. You go to the price promise page. click on online order. Then there is a sort of demonstation to show you how to fill in the form. It is highlighted in yellow and is basically first part of postcode, then 2 part of postcode and then order number.

    HTH. :)
  • Evening everyone...

    Afternoon all

Sun is shining here now, but it was raining cats and dogs all night so the ground is absolutely saturated.

I'm feeling really rough this morning so decided I wasn't going to walk the dog far...so took her for a walk around the copse quite close to where I live.

    what a mistaka to maka!!

It's really steep in places and coming back I skidded, slipped up and went hurtling down this ruddy great slope

It probably looked quite spectacular if anyone had been around to witness it :o:o

So Ive got back and have had to strip off as everything is plastered in mud
So Ive decided that Ive been hiding my light under a bushel so to speak.....and have just filled out my application to enter the bobsleigh in the next Winter Olympics.
There isn't a man or woman alive who would have beaten me this morning :D

Hope you are OK (sorry but I did have a little giggle at the mental picture your post painted)

    Hi all,

Not been about much. Been trying to keep busy and get organised for the times ahead. Batch cooking like a woman posessed and slowly deep cleaning the house :)

Not much more to report from me yet. Got to have a special scan done to help determine how much the lymphoma has spread before we can think about treatment plan but they struggled to fit me in locally. So off on a trek to Essex/Herts border tomorrow from the fens to have that done. Closer than my other option of Taunton though! Will make a day of it with OH as not allowed home for 6 hours after scan as not allowed prolonged contact with children as i'll be giving off radiation

Am feeling a bit more positive at the moment. Went on a coupon/whoopsie run the other evening and felt a bit like myself again. Had some vouchers arrive from Ts baby club and got a few bits for the stash. Helped to take my mind off things for a little while.

Also had Persil non bio Bzz kit arrive this week. So stocked up on some more of that with coupons in the kit whilst it's on offer in Ts.

Hope everyone else doing ok. Have been skipping a lot recently. Thanks for all of the support :A

thanks for the update hope all goes well tomorrow and they get a treatment plan in place for you

A couple of photos, that I hope may cheer up those who are feeling a bit down.:(:(

    Playtime!:)

Homer is the one with the very spotty legs.

Rajah, his brother is the one with the flapping ears.

Poppy, the petulant sister, is the one watching them.

Ahh thank you - that had cheered me up

All the best for tomorrow for Auntielala, hope that it has done the job.

    Re chicken

I can't find the post but someone bought chicken and mince on the 3 for £10 deal and I think it was the chicken that compared at full price similar to the chocs.
    V x

I seem to think mince and chicken compared to full price as other item did not show on comparison. Sorry I can't remember what the third item was.
