  • Anyone partaking of the amazon lightening deals?

I've bought 3 watches :rotfl: 1 for me, 1 for DS and 1 was supposed to be for my dad but my mum said he wouldn't use it because it was originally more than £20  I don't care he's having it for Xmas whether she likes it or not :p
DS is happy with his as it's like the bright orange ICE watch he wanted but I wasn't prepared to pay those prices for him to have it broken, lost or stolen at school.

I'll be having a look at tomorrows deals and then decide where I'm dragging my mum to, bought 2 of the watches while walking round Toscos today, did get some funny looks from staff though my Fav did ask what I was doing so I showed her the deals and how to get on them she was pleased to be off tomorrow so she could have a good look.
    Love Toscos free wifi

I've bought the udraw for PS3 for OH sister Xmas pressie and OH bought darksiders II for PS3 as she thought it looked good. Absolutely gutted this evening as missed out on the Etnies trainers :-(

Apparently someone in my local Sada has been getting over £40 of chickens for free and they are glitching staff are aware and this woman has either been in again today or the phone. i couldn't figure out why they said she would be on the phone

Does anyone know of a chicken glitch in Sada???:eek::eek::eek:
and the lady who is ripping off (good on ya) my local please put your hand up and share your glitch with the rest of the elite:(:(

hi everyone:wave: hope everyone is ok.
    Evening all

Just in the process of catching up while OH is reading the paper.
He's just brought the following article to my attention and says that it's down to me and that 'MSE lot' for picking up a 'few' copies ;)

    http://www.independent.co.uk/news/media/press/every-little-goes-a-long-way-tesco-magazine-overtakes-the-sun-to-become-britains-mostread-print-publication-8336076.html?origin=internalSearch

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

i heard this on radio 4 on way home from work earlier, was chuckling to myself in car thinking T's don't have more readers just people picking up more copies:rotfl:

i have got a couple of bits this week, my best so far has to be my Asics:D wanted a pair of these for ages but could not justify spending so much on myself just for gym and running but thought i'd treat myself. i am hoping that the new call of duty game comes up at some point as my brother wants it for xmas

Good evening! Probably old news, but saw some Halloween sweets in a Ts I went to today. Not 1p, but creme eggs were 17p and the big tubs of haribo were reduced from £10 to £1.50 (really not worth £10). The little bags of haribo inside do have Halloween pics on them though!

    Evening all :)

The Natural Confectionery co Cauldron's mix (180g) scanned at 25p this eve.

I checked the Halloween mallow cakes and they were still £1.00.

Ooo those watches where gorgeous! I was so tempted but my partner just isn't into fancy watches and even at the sale price they're over my budget as gifts.

I ended up spending a lot on cookbooks and as I have a rule of one book a month (otherwise I would get out of hand ha) I now can't buy any till march. I'm sure the fella won't mind once he has lots of new yummy meals in front of him ;)
I also got some headphones as I really needed some that are comfier on the ears.
All the other stuff I had my eye on just turned out to have 20% or less discount and i was looking for more 60%+ :P maybe tomorrow!!

I think my purse will be happier when the sales are over but I get such a rush grabbing a bargain!

Homer is the one with the very spotty legs.

Rajah, his brother is the one with the flapping ears.

Poppy, the petulant sister, is the one watching them.

    Three very contented dogs:j:j:j
