If you can find out what the software is called you could uninstall and reinstall? Have you installed it on all your browsers? If you haven't done explorer yet (or vice versa), it asked me close my chrome browser and install again as I guess it needed different information to chrome...

Not much more to report from me yet. Got to have a special scan done to help determine how much the lymphoma has spread before we can think about treatment plan but they struggled to fit me in locally. Also had Persil non bio Bzz kit arrive this week. So stocked up on some more of that with coupons in the kit whilst it's on offer in Ts.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no joy. I don't think it's an uncommon problem but none of the fixes I've come across through googling have worked. Never mind, thanks anyway x
