There is another little box I think it is called Glow white ? Only problem is the cost of that might be more that the shirt :(. You could try soaking in the stain remover to see it that helps first. Hth :)

    morning peeps :D

left the house at 8.20am to take the kids to school.....major accident about a mile away had caused massive tailbacks :( the distance from my house to the exit roundabout is about 60 metres...took me 15 minutes to get there :( a normal 3 minute journey to school took me 25 mins but the way back took me over an hour as all traffic queuing to get back onto the slip road. Apparently 2 cars had collided and apparently one was on its roof.....am hoping that there are no fatalities, and the fact that the nearest hopsital is literally 200 metres from where the accident occurred, am hoping they've been treated quickly :(

so after spending 2 hours taking DD1 and her friend to school, DD2 decided she was too tired to go to playgroup...so we are sat warming up with warm milk (DD2) and a coffee (me).....and a special k bar :D watching cartoons.

no shopping for me today...although I did manage to get some of the 4p school uniform last night...and despite SA at SS commenting on the bargain...as soon as she said the magic words '4p', the SV came charging across :rotfl:...slipped my 50p in quick as I could....then she lunged across me and the till to grab them off me....:rotlf:.... told her they were mine thank you very muchly.....she then proceeded, along with the other 4 SA's who had gathered round, to give me a million and one different reasons as to why I couldnt buy them! I walked off and said, 'well when you've made your mind up, feel free to let me know'.....fools :D

hope everyone is keeping well....and staying dry :)

  • off to doc with dd1 chicken pox looks nasty and swollen her eyes shut

I feel for you it's horrible and whilst they are trying to scratch, I remember the days, and the horrible camomile lotion.

We could never rember if it was contagous before or after the pots came out, I know we got it wrong both times, our eldest son had it whilst we were on holiday in Whitstable, and ended up at the Kent Airport where the flying Doctor was based.

Then some woman balled us out at the Ashford Retail outlet shopping centre saying we were giving it to all the other kids, security and a First Aider ended up attending, and she was so wrong, DW was too upset to spend any money, so not all bad.

The things you remember from 10 years ago.

Years back, I remember DS2 going down with chickpox while we were away on holiday  cut said holiday short and went home  we were only 50 odd miles away in Gt Yarmouth, so not too bad. Poor boy had spots on the sole of his feet and had problems walking bless him :A
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.
