An Eligible Participant is a resident of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over and who is not an employee of BA or of a BA Group company or a member of family of a BA or BA Group company employee. There are a total of 10 pairs of Club World tickets to Seoul departing December 3, returning December 7, 2012. Accommodation is room-only at the Grand Hyatt Seoul based on two people sharing. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include any food or beverages. A tour of the Gangnam area has been organised by the Korean Tourism Organisation and will take place on December 5, 2012. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by telephone within one week of the closing date. The winner must accept the prize within 2 days of notification. If the winner does not accept the prize within 2 days of notification the winner will automatically forfeit the prize and BA will re-draw, and so on until a winner is confirmed. 6. The prize is valid for travel on December 3, 2012 returning on December 7, 2012. No changes to travel dates will be accepted. 7. The group ‘Gangnam tour’ will take place on December 5, 2012 for one day and cannot be deferred to any other date. Coach transportation for the group as a whole and a guide will be provided courtesy of the Korea Tourism Organisation (KTO) to fulfil the activities specified in the day tour of the Gangnam area. No monetary alternative for the tour is available. KTO reserves the right to change any part of the tour based on any unforeseen or extreme circumstances. 8. Flights are on mainline scheduled services operated by BA with a BA prefix number. Travel on BA franchise, codeshare and alliance airlines is not allowed. Prize flights include taxes, fees and charges. Domestic connections and other add-ons are not included in the prize. 9. Tickets and flights are subject to BA’s published Conditions of Carriage for passengers and baggage, which are available on ba.com, and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each ticket or itinerary. 10. The winner and his or her guest are responsible for any additional expenses, including transportation to and from the airport and all incidentals not listed as part of the prize package above. The winner and guest are responsible for ensuring that they each have a valid and subsisting passport at the time of their flights and for obtaining (where applicable) the relevant visa documentation and adequate travel insurance in respect of the prize. 11. The travel companion must be aged 18 or over. These terms and conditions apply to both the winner and the companion. Both tickets must be redeemed at the same time and cannot be split. 12. Where available, all prize flights will be issued as e-tickets. All transportation taxes, fees and charges are included. 13. All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and no cash alternative or substitution at the winner’s election will be given.
