So I placed an order on 10 Oct 2012 for a fridge freezer and told 10 days for delivery ok thats fine.

10 days comes still awaiting stock, it then changes to awaiting dispatch then changes back to awaiting stock then changed so it would be delivered on the 17 of november previous delivery date was 10th of november.

Both dates came and gone. After talking to a "senior" advisor he checked and checked again and said it would be the 17th ok thats fine, So now im checking my account and its saying Awaiting stock from suppliers. Stock expected by 07/12/2012.

This is ridiculous the time i've had to wait, they keep bloody changing all the dates and its costing me £35 for delivery.

They are starting to annoy me now, They dont even help you when you call.

Anyone else had problems with this stupid company!!!1

i ordered a xmas tree it says it was instock now
estimated delivery date 31/12/2012. its no good to me then :xmastree:

You could put it up for that day for a few hours and put it back in the box again.

I've never liked the look of that Studio 24... Seems like some back street company that cheat a lot

I would cancel and goto somewhere like appliances online

I had nothing but grief when I shopped with this company, from delivery of goods to them attemting to slip on ppi insurance I did not ask for, trying to charge me late payment fees when my payments were'nt late & alsorts. It ended with me literally having to threaten them with legal action after I had paid for an item & them trying to say I owed them more! A truly disgusting company with no morals at all.

My advice to you: Cancel the order as their delivery charges are a complete rip off anyway-£35.00 to have white goods delivered, when you could shop around & get it to your door for free in some instances!

Goto a comparison website like Offer Of The Day, to name one & buy it thru them. And check to see if the company you buy from are offering Cashback through somewhere like Topcashback. I do this religously & have had almost £1000 back over the past 2 years. That money is now sitting in an ISA account-rather than in a ripoff companies like 24Studios coffers!!
