Just a quick one.
Buyer 'won' two items from me on the 12th Nov. Paid for them on the 15th Nov. I posted them on the 16th Nov.
Items arrive on MY doorstep this morning. (19th Nov)
No return to sender etc on the parcel and due to the time span involved I can only assume that the Royal Mail have mis processed it for some strange reason. It was addressed correctly, postage was correct etc.
Not sure whether to just send out again straight away and message buyer explaining or -
Message the buyer, explain and just get them to confirm address details before resending, just in case?
Opinions please...

Drop by the Post Office and hand it back in. Probably just a cockup TBQH.
Only ever had this happen to me once, but they may need to add a sticker/ stamp to it, in case they accuse you of reusing postage
(They've got UV ink and stuff that you can't necessarily see)
