can i still claim even if it was my fault that i was overdraw whilst in austrailia

i have had a bank of scotland account for many years and over the years i have had lots of bank charges.i then go a bank charge whilst i was in austrailia in january and when the bank tried to take the money for the bank charge there was no money in the account and since then they have tried to take it several times and the charges just keep on growing.i have not used this account lately.can i still claim back the bank charges from the past few year even after what has happened lately.

Yes you can reclaim recent and charges going back 6 years so read Martins article and get your Subject Access Request for the the last 6 years details and fee (if payable) off in the post today
