Hi all,
The freeholder of my block has gone into administration and I have been approached by the above named company offering to assist me and other leaseholders in purchasing the freehold.
Has anyone got any previous experience of this company?

What is in it for them? Did you run an advanced search? Looks like they have posted here before without bothering to adhere to the rules which I don't see as positive

Stop! Think. Read the small print. Trust nothing and assume that it is your responsibility. That way it rarely goes wrong.

I can't say that I have- if they can be of assistance then look at their client testimonials and seek comparable quotes from the leasehold practitioners in your area.

If it's me about £245 per hour plus VAT & expenses. I round down if there is cake
and more if my flying monkeys need a visit to the Vet.
The fees are I am afraid hard to quantify as the property and situation can vary tremendously.Stop! Think. Read the small print. Trust nothing and assume that it is your responsibility. That way it rarely goes wrong.

Thanks for the comments guys. I went to their presentation tonight and was impressed. Of course they charge a fee but as the guy said, to get more than half of all leaseolders singing from the same hymnsheet takes organisation.
I still can't find any negative press about them.0
