You don't have to wait for an e-mailed or posted copy of a home report to ask them what is the valuation contained therein .....0 -

The amount you are willing to pay isnt the same as the amount you have to spend. I would say that you're willing to pay x amount for such and such type of property and ask them to look for those within budget.
Or you can look at the schedules and the mortgage valuations in the Home Report and decide yourself whether the house is affordable. IMHO asking prices don't matter a bit when you can readily get the mortgage valuation. Asking prices are useful filters for online searches, but not much more than that.0 -

Of course they do - then they can hope you fell in love with it and give you the long spiel about the valuation.
Get the home report first. If there are any issues highlighted, it is VERY useful to know about them before the viewing and not after.0
