Ulster Bank Charges??

During the Ulster bank fiasco, my employer processed my wages using the Ulster bank resulting in me getting £12 in charges. Now as i dont bank with the Ulster, the responsiblity to recover the charges has fallen with my employer. I have asked them about the progress but got no reasonable response, does anyone know if it is possible to find out if they have recovered the charges and kept them??

If you're getting no where with your employer why not try to contact Ulster bank. Find out exactly who you need to speak to within the organisation and ask them if your charges have been refunded - and if so, to whom?0
