Indeed, I'd SAR them for it if you're unsure. Another way would be your online account. Few the correspondence pages and you'll probably see a few that say "Notification of entitlement" or something along those lines.

Once again thanks for the information. It sounds like logging in to my account so that I can try to identify the issue is the best way to move forward. Unfortunately, I haven't logged in to my Student Finance account for some time and no longer use the email address that I provided when setting up the account. I understand that you can find out your login details by contacting the Student Finance England Customer Support Centre, but they only provide a telephone number and not an email address. I live outside of the UK and do not have access to a landline so I would like to avoid making what could be a very costly phone call. Does anybody have a contact email for Student Finance England or can I ask a member of my family in the UK to make the call on my behalf?

I have a very complex query about student finance entitlement. My entitlement has changed year on year due to numerous changes in circumstances. This year there is a huge discrepancy in my opinion and I was wondering if I could PM Taiko with all the gory details? Would this be ok?:o
