Bradford and Bingley PPI claim

Hi everyone from a new member!

I have filled out my PPI claim form and enclosed any relevant documentation. However, I am unsure of where to send it. Does it need to go to Santandar?
If anyone has an address for me I would be most grateful.

Thanks.

  • I have just paid Stantander £ 10 before they would do any thing, just got a letter saying ..... they have located an MBNA whatever that is !! they say they are not their data controller, and need to send a request directly to them, and may have to pay another £10 to BB !! what a load of rubbish hope this helps.

    MBNA is a product provider.

The original post on this thread is from November 2012. I doubt it does help. Also it appears from what you have said that Santandar have found no PPI in your case but there is a record that you held credit with MBNA (which may or may not have PPI).

So, your response is not a load of rubbish.
