I was thinking peanut too i.e. all the others are nuts and the peanut is actually a bean. However, it turns out the pecan isn't a nut either and that is actually a drupe (a fruit with a single stone or pit, surrounded by a husk)2. Peanuts are not actually nuts but legumes.

I'm not sure about this.

Says
" The salt dissolves in the water. Fresh water freezes at 32 degrees F (0 degrees C). Salt water freezes at lower temperatures, depending on how much salt is in the water. As the ice turns to water, the change from solid to liquid requires heat. This is just like when water changes from liquid to gas, for example when evaporating sweat cools your skin. As ice melts, the heat is taken from the ice and water around it. Both get colder"0 -
mmm! but if salt makes snow colder it would turn to ice so why do people put it on their paths? Doh ! Having a blond day!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0
