Will I be able to transfer my credit card balance to say for example Tesco Bank at 0% for 22 months, considering that I am unemployed?

You will have difficulty getting a new Tesco credit card if you are unemployed. They will look at your salary/debt ratio as well as your affordability to repay debt - both of these are affected badly by being unemployed.
If you already have a Tesco card with 0% offer then unemployment should not prevent you from making a balance transfer. It is not entirely clear from your post whether you do already have the card or not.0 -
As above, pretty unlikely as you're unemployed, so they would feel that you wouldn't be able to repay them.
Out of interest, are you keeping up with repayments on your current card?0 -
