Waiting for a refund from Tesco Direct?

Just wondered how long it takes them to issue a refund. I ordered an X Box game on 31/10 which arrived a few days later. They sent the PS3 version though so I needed to return it. I emailed to check whether they'd issue a refund or send a replacement - if they'd issue a refund then I'd need to re-order it. I got no answer, just an acknowledgement of receiving my email which said that they were very busy but someone would reply soon blahblahblah...
I ended up calling and after speaking to the third operator (the first said my order didn't exist and cut me off while waiting to speak to her superior and the second cut me off while putting me on hold) was told to return it and a refund would be issued.
This was on 7/11 and I returned it that afternoon, getting a proof of posting.
I've still not been refunded. I sent an email 4 days ago and, apart from the acknowledgment, have had no reply so I've not re-sent that.
Anyone else waiting for a refund?
