bought the groupon code for £14 voucher instead of £34.99
i chose the 'love' photo montage canvas
six hours later it has uploaded and saved 150 images it needs on the canvas
i am not kidding, it is not a typo yes it took SIX HOURS
i tried last night but gave up after it had only loaded 40 after 1 1/2 hours!
i am now trying to actually order the damn thing but it keeps hanging when i click 'add to basket'

so now ive had to go out of it then search on google, hoping and praying my oreder is still on there
it is so finally manage to add to basket only to be charged £10.99 postage not £6.95 like groupon says!
i then click on the other postage option which is international courier for £9.99 !!!!!!????!!!!
ive ordered it with that and will complian tomorrow
i just need sleep now

Bubbles0169 your lucky that you were charged that they charged me £98.48 and I have emailed my groupon voucher and they have still not refunded me my money 12 days later, I ring and just end up putting the phone down 21 minutes tonight hanging on the phone for nothing I am livid! and the book had lots of mistakes, gone back to groupon about the book but they won't help with the money side of it!!!!!!!!!!!!
