BTL Allowable Expenses for Purchase

I would really appreciate it if someone could clarify for me which if any of the following expenses incurred in relation to buying a BTL property are deemed allowable.
Mortgage arrangement fee paid to lender
Mortgage broker fee
Survey
Mortgage lender valuation survey
I believe that the general legal fees are not allowable but despite lots of searching around I can't seem to find a clear answer to the above.

These costs would be treated as part of the capital cost of the property. So would be taken into account when you sell the property for CGT purposes.0

The first two are financing fees and can be spread as expense over the life of the loan.
The second two are capital as stated above.0 -
