Tesco Savings Online Access

My wife opened two Internet Savers with Tesco recently, about a week apart. She duly applied for online banking for the first and finally got that working. We then received notification that the second account was open and assumed that both accounts would now shop up online. Oh no, not so easy. Spent about an hour on the phone trying to get it sorted out. Finally was told that it would take a couple of days to sort out. Well it's been more than a couple of days and we still only see the first account online. Quite honestly, Tesco seem a bit of a shambles. I'm glad we're not really using them for the purpose of saving - only as a means of qualifying for LTSB 4% interest.

Didn't the 4% TSB offer end last month?

I found it easiest to open two different products - an Internet saver and an Instant access saver. The first opened the online access by the end of the application, and the second once I had received the security code through the post. Completely different online access login for both rather than a single login, but meh, who cares.

When we called up on 31st Oct, only some of the DDs were set up, but the CS rep put the 4% on all the accounts and gave us until the end of Nov to get them all sorted. I wasn't expecting that.
