And to help put your mind at rest, I've received seven tickets from UKPC over the course of this year and ignored them all.0

The answer is that it is NOT payable, it is NOT enforceable and it CANNOT go through court successfully. UKPC's client (the landowner) may only be able to charge you for losses resulting from the action concerning your vehicle. So if you parked four hours without paying and the fee is £1 per hour, losses would then be £4. The figure of £90 is a false penalty even if their documentation will deny that word. I take it you found a ticket on your window. If so, ignore, for all you know they may not even chase it. If they do, come back here in about four weeks when you receive a postal invoice and we'll tell you then how best to ignore onward.
Your username is rude...:pPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello..
On the note of the above parking ticket...I have received a letter today from a debt recovery company 'Debt recovery Plus Ltd', this is th second letter ive received from them. This one is threatening County Court proceedings. Im unsure what to do.
The persons parking space i parked in i should have displayed a permit but the tenanat didnt know this as neither of them have a car so dont ever use it, however they pay for the space included in their rent... so the landowner isnt losing any money by me parking their - so this is unfair right? and i am right not to pay???0 -
There is a vast difference between a "threat" and actually taking you to court. Just keep ignoring. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
