Combination boiler making noise - Help

Hi can anyone help with this. I have a Saunier Duval combination boiler around 10 years old. Just noticed there is a ticking noise coming from near the time that I have not previously noticed. the ticking seems to pause every now and again.

Anyone with any ideas or know if this is anything to worry about.
