Natwest- Address Help Please?

Can anyone advise please?
I got a letter recently which was sent to me by my old landlord, from Natwest, only a simple, we're changing out T&C's on one of my accounts, it had my old address on, didn't think much of it, thinking maybe they were printed off a while back before I moved.
This weekend, I had another bundle of post and had several statement from Natwest, for me, at my old address. These were for my Current Acc, First Reserve and 2 Young Saver Accounts.
I changed my address with the bank in April and I have been receiving their mail at my home address, basically up until the last month, where it seems to be going back to my old address?
I rang Actionline and they confirmed my address on their system as the one I live at now and couldn't understand why my post was going elsewhere. They tried to blame Royal Mail but I pointed out it's not a redirection or anything, the actual address on the post itself is my old address.
I'm obviously going to go to the branch but just out of interest, has this ever happened to anyone else? Was it an easy issue to resolve? I just can't understand why for 6 months it's been fine and suddenly changes?

Happened to me, they said that the branch didn't process it correctly when I changed my address.
I filled in the online complaint form. They corrected it within a couple of days, and also put £75 into my account as an apology.
Natwest do tend to be awful at customer service, but are generally excellent at resolving complaints.0 -
Aside from the payments issue suffered by many a few months back, they have always given me good service ~& issues resolved swiftly as you say.
I just find it so strange to be OK for 6 months then it changing, I suppose like you say it might not have been fully processed properly.
I'm fully expecting them to resolve it tomorrow but good to know its not just me its happened to!0 -
Id be very interested to hear how an address can be changed then reverted back to the original one after 6 months sounds very uncanny.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0
