i bought one from lidle thinking it would work as indoor antenna
Active indoor DVB-T antenna thats what it says on it

Sounds like an "active" device (i.e. it has a built in signal booster) hence the dc input. It may or may not work with Freeview, depending on how strong your local signal is.0
