Some insurers will load your premium even for non fault accidents, find out if yours does and if they do then don't forget to add that to the bill.

You say luck......
I say valid application of the Law of Torts which says that if you suffer loss as the result of a negligent third party you are entitled to be returned to the position you would have been in had the accident not happened.
Non fault premium loadings are just a valid a consequential cost as car hire, loss of earnings, PI etc0 -
