Has anyone tried Hi-Life?

I've read about Hi-Life cards, and I'm considering getting one.
Has anyone tried them and did you think it was worth the investment?

Utter rubbish...forget it...shop around for groupon's, bogof vouchers and you will get the same for much less than £84.99 per year.

How often do you dine out? How much do you spend? Do you currently try and use special deals?

Most of the time the meals are marked up to take into account people using vouchers. If you had just gone to a reasonably priced restaurant in th first place the cost of the meal would probably be the same.

I got a 2 for 1 card for free from carphone warehouse...Never used it...

Not sure it still works but what used to work for hi-life cards is you phone the number to buy and you say that you work at one of the restaurants in the book then they give you 75% off (cost £20). They never used to check. This was 4 years ago and I personally never did it but I know a few people who did and never had a problem.
