This is common. When you get the Allocation Questionnaire, please see the Reclaim Help thread in my signature for details on how to complete it.

You don't need a solicitor and yes, they are stalling for time and trying to scare you.
  • I am also claiming against lloyds tsb and today have received the transfer of proceedings to my local court, but no allocation questionaire. Is this normal? should we get the questionaire soon after the transfer of courts?

if they are trying to scare us, its working with me!!

  • I've heard that the judges are going too or have scrapped the allocation questionaire, is this true, and does this questionaire cost you an extra £120. ?:D :D:D:D

Some courts have dispensed with AQ, sit tight and the court will inform you what's next.
  • Thanks for that Nickmack.

After re-reading the information sent to me about the transfer of courts, I have noticed that it says that

"the allocation questionaire should be dispensed with in this case unless the district judge at the court of transfer orders otherwise"

So what happens now - will I still hear from the new court as to how the case will progress?

    Becoming increasingly worried here.........
