Anyone else having a run of poor feedback?

Just wondering if anyone else is having a bad run or if it's just me?
eBay is absolutely fine - we have received 1 neutral this month but Amazon is a complete different story.
We are still at 93% for the month but we just seem to be getting a run of '3's' which are taking down our average but they are mainly due to customer error and not reading the actual listing i.e. not as big as I thought but still good or thought that they were a book not pre-cut but yet the size etc is clear in the listing and the pics and it's really starting to annoy me and then you get the 1's and 2's for INR but yet no contact to tell you that it hasn't arrived.
I know that feedback isn't as important on Amazon as eBay but even so. I am just thankful for the fact that we receive a high amount of 4's and 5's but our feedback rating against sales is still only around 10%.
After looking at the feedbacks that we have received I don't think that there is anything else we can do it improve them as it is generally either INR or customer error and as our items are only around £2 SD is pointless so I guess we will just have to grin and bare it.

I rarely sell anymore on Amazon as I am now a very small seller and get very little feedback . Yet I had 2 neutrals in the past year and that pushed my feedback down to around 90% which is embarrassingly poor.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Well the average % for our competitors is 89% to 96% at the highest - our overall feedback is 94 - 95% so we are well within the average and have the 'Excellent' seller rating from Amazon @ 0.98 on their new seller ratings so I'm not massively concerned just annoyed I guess.0

Just started selling on Amazon, sold four things and not one buyer has left feedback. Suppose I should be thankful as they are probably more likely to leave feedback if there is a problem. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever

I'm afraid my selling career on Amazon was ended long ago, since I was a small seller and I rarely got any feedback, so just 1 negative amongst just a few positives was enough to push me into trouble - and as the positives dropped off after 1 year, the percentage kept dropping!
On eBay, we at least receive feedback most of the time, so as small sellers, we can afford the odd 'looney tune' to throw a spanner in the works!
I've recently had a neutral drop off: apparently the winning bidder changed their mind and didn't appreciate an invoice or a NPB case, so they paid up and left a neutral for 'being harassed for payment' or similar!"The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing.
...If you can fake that, you've got it made."

I just don't think that Amazon buyers are interested in feedback (I must admit that I rarely leave any). We have had over 12,000 sales in the past month and have received around 950 feedback's but obviously a fair amount of them will be for purchases prior to mid Oct.
When I compare eBay @ 1,649 transactions and 1,160 feedback it is ridiculous (in a good way generally!)0
