Well i won my claim last monday and the issue was made to Natwest for my money, via MCOL...
i asked for a little advice last week as to what to do next, cause i didnt want to send the bailifts in straight away, anyway yesterday my partner phoned natwest to see what was happening, and today they said that they have a further 28 days to choice weather to pay us or not..
i'd like to think that im not that stupid to think this is right??
should i send in the enforcement now.......
thanks lisax

I'd go into my local branch with the judgement and ask to see the manager and push for settlement there and then. Presumably the judgement says to pay 'forthwith' so legally, unless they have something legal in writing that says otherwise, they should pay you.
Get absolutely everything in writing and dont go on the word of telephone calls. They can tell you anything they like and then deny speaking to you at all. Good luck
