My son is deperate for a mac book theres on on ebay item number 321024110253.

need a wise MSE owl to advise me if this one is ok ?

Sounds like a decent machine though. with all those bids I don't think you would be the final bidder.

Added to which I do not buy from unregistered business sellers- it just encourages them.

OP, what you must always think is 'what do I do if this goes wrong 2 months down the line?'. Unless you have a very good answer to that, dont touch it.

thank you so much not having a warranty was swaying it for me . your right not worth taking the chance .

I just saw it being a lot cheaper than the refurbs on the the mac store.
But paying extra and knowing it will have a warranty is peace of mind.

I have just bought a macbook air 11" with warrenty till June 2014. complete with bag and hard cover case. Also a external hard drive All for a bargain price of £350 . really reliable source my little brother so one happy mummy and one happy son.
