The prize includes: Flights with AirTransat to Toronto from London Gatwick returning from Toronto to London. Flights are strictly subject to availability. 4 nights’ accommodation in a 4 star Hotel in downtown Toronto and 1 night in a 4star hotel in Niagara Falls. Also included is a Culinary Tour of Toronto for two, a Segway Tour of the Distillery District for two, two Niagara Parks Commission Attraction Passes and a Niagara Helicopter Experience for two.

1. Competition open to UK residents only over the age of 18, except employees of Canadian Affair, their families, agents or anyone connected with this competition.
2. Entries must be received by midday on 30th December 2012.
3. There is only one prize. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received prior to the close of the competition.
4. By entering, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
5. The promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost or damaged.

9. Some experiences above are weather dependent and Ontario Tourism cannot be help responsible for the cancellation of any activities due to the weather or any other reason. There is no cash alternative if any attraction component of this prize is cancelled.
10. The prize must be taken between 01 May and 31 October 2013.
11. The prize is subject to availability and excludes bank holidays and school holidays and date restrictions may apply. All other costs and expenses associated with the holiday, including travel insurance and transfers, shall be the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, all necessary visas, and adequate travel and medical insurance.
12. By entering, winners agree to their names and general locations being used for publicity purposes.
13. By entering, entrants agree to receiving further information from Ontario Tourism and Canadian Affair.
14. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
15. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Winner will be contacted via email the first week of January, 2013, by Ontario Tourism.
