Extract audio from flash video

I am trying to copy the audio from a BBC Spanish Language video (Mi Vida Loca) to download on to an mp3 player.

I have an old Nero programme which records the audio but at the wrong speed (too slow). Have tried Audacity but for some reason I get a BSOD when I try to adjust the settings.

I have also tried various free trials of commercial software but you either need a degree in computer sciences to understand them or they simply don't work with this application.

Is there a free and simple way of doing this?

Operating system XP with a C-media PCI sound card.

Just tried this but am I right in saying that you have to have downloaded the file before this programme can convert it?

If so there's my problem - how do I download the video or rip the audio from the BBC site? If I can get past that stage I don't have a major problem converting it to mp3 format.

If you use Firefox the DownloadHelper addon makes it really easy to download flv files.
