Deleting cache on a Macbook Pro

Options
I have been using iBoostup app to clear history, delete cache etc etc on my Macbook Pro running OS X 10.8.2

Been working fine so far until I installed a programme called Trade Miner which is used to screen U.S. Stocks for possible investment.

This uses Java Cache and the iBoostup deletes this which leaves me having to re-install the "Data Cube" which takes some time on my slow connection.

I still need to delete the other cache from time to time so I would like to ask is there any other "clean-up app" about where I can enter the name of programme (Trade Miner) and ask it not to delete the Java Cache.

I am running the latest Java update and have already selected "keep temporary files on this computer" in the Java System Preference pane

Thanks in advance for any help
