Been with them many years, got invited to upgrade over the phone, big mistake! Was told if my husband did as well we would get a discounted package. What happens? My husbands phone gets ordered, mine doesn't and no discount. I gave them a chance and they continued to mess around. I wanted to tell them to stuff it, but my husband wanted to stay with them,

Oh my god it's taken weeks to sort out, will be interesting to see what the first bill comes out like. We got offered a poxy £3 off my bill, this doesn't cover the amount of time I've had to chase them grr what a disgrace! I don't think I will be upgrading again!
