Had some great customer service from Littlewoods ........
Bought a Fryer , online , and had it for about 3 weeks when the lid developed a fault which meant the lid would not close !
On phone to C/S about 10am wednesday morning to make the "returned item" call , lady on phone went through all the things i should be aware of and made the return pick up slot for Friday , then re-ordered the fryer for me and said it could be delivered soon ! Fine with me and ended the call with a nice cheery goodbye !
Thursday pm , knock on door , courier stood there with my new fryer !! Hows that for quick service ?
Had even had chance to repack the faulty fryer for pick up but courier said , no problem will collect tommorow ( Friday ) which she did !
So , Well Done Littlewoods and Well Done the Courier ! :T
