Very little Nov budget left so I must live out of the cupboards and freezer from the next week or so :eek:
Sun - Steak and onion sandwiches, HM chips and salad
Mon - Toad in the hole, freezer veg, roasties and gravy
Tue - LO pork from freezer made into a curry with rice and naan bread
Wed - Spag bol and garlic bread
Thurs - Roast gammon, roasties and freezer veg
Fri - LO gammon risotto and salad
Sat - HM pizza, wedges and salad
Lunches will be soup from the freezer, left overs and sandwiches. Snacks will be fruit and HM muffins and cookies.

Fri- chicken casserole (or possibly lentil loaf)

Hope you dont mind but feel that if i join this thread and post our meal plan it will make me stick to it a bit better, so here goes:
Monday - Roast lamb - didnt get done yesterday as OH got takeaway on his way home from visiting a friend - bad man.
Tuesday - Pasta and mince'n'veg (meat and veg already cooked in the freezer)
Wednesday - Jacket spud with either beans'n'cheese or tuna'n'sweetcorn.
Thursday - Cottage pie
Friday, Saturday and Sunday i am away visiting friends but will leave hm ding meals for him to heat.0 -

T - [STRIKE]Veg fajitas[/STRIKE] chicken, leek & mushroom fricassee with greens & rice Made this on Sunday so just need to cook rice & greens
W - Freezer pasta sauces with spaghetti & HM garlic bread veg arrabiata for me, spag bol for OH
T - HM Turkey escalope with veg & chips From freezer, just for OH as I'm out, I'll need to whip up some couscous or something to eat on a train lol
F - [STRIKE]Spring veg & goats cheese pasta with salad[/STRIKE] veg fajitas with HM wraps If I can be bothered to make the wraps lol

Monday - sweet potato and cumin soup and a cheese and bacon sandwich
Tuesday - [STRIKE]something from the freezer - it depends what I can find![/STRIKE]meatball and carrot bake with roasted new potatoes (a new recipe)
Wednesday - pasta amatriciana
Thursday - breaded fish, chips (from the freezer) and AF tinned mushy peas
Hmm, a bit red (meat-based) there, but I'll make up for it next week!Back after a very long break!0
