Argh! I didn't know there was an 'other' bit either and I've just checked it and missed out on a win last month. How frustrating! I've emailed them back but as it was an 'experience' win for a specific day I doubt I'll be able to get anything from it.

Oh no sorry to that. Thanks for letting us all know about the "secret" message section. I just had a look on fb and noticed I also won a prize in 2011 :-( and had 30 days to claim, argh! Oh well, I shall know for next time.0

Like so many others, I too didn't know about this function. Just looked and had 33 messages, including an old friend making contact back in March. Thanks for bringing this up, just responded to him to apologise and explain I wasn't ignoring him all these months! Tsk, why do things have to be so annoying?!
