    I sympathise - I had the same thing happen to me and discovered the "hidden" winning message more than a month after it was originally sent out. I contacted the company and they still honoured it, so hopefully they'll be able to do something for you :)

    Having seen this post tread, have just looked in my facebook messages (others section) to discover that i have also missed a prize win. i was messaged in September about a chalk board win to which i did not respond. i did not know this section was there. Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention. Hopefully i wont miss any future wins. :mad:

    I had simialr happen to me and I applied about the prizes ( including a £250 clothes voucher) and they still honored the prizes - so dont give up hope- fingers crossed for you diane.

    same for me ,found out that i won on fb by googling the name after 4 months and they still honored the prize ...so try you never know

    All this proves that facebook is an unreliable messaging platform.
    The worst thing is, facebook keeps changing the way they do things - like every 6 months - so this time next year the message interface will probably be different again. :(
